Here’s the full rundown of this week’s Nintendo eShop games for the Nintendo Switch, Wii U, and 3DS.
The Nintendo Switch gets another intriguing indie title this week in the shape of Mr. Shifty. Tinybuild’s top-down action game is a self-proclaimed combination of Hotline Miami and Nightcrawler. It’s also the latest game to make impressive use of the Joy-Con’s HD rumble features. We’ll have a review for the game soon.
Also coming to Switch is The Jackbox Party Pack 3, a collection of five wild and wacky party games that are pitched as ‘fun’ for all the family. We can only imagine how much fun it will be to spend a rainy afternoon spent playing Quiplash, Trivia Murder Party, Guesspionage, and Tee K.O. We’ll get back to you.
Over on Wii U you can get The Stonecutter, an interactive re-telling of the famous Chinese folk-tale. Is it a game? Is it a visual novel? Is it best avoided? Probably.
As for the 3DS, there’s nothing listed at the time of writing. However, with a Nintendo Direct due tonight we wouldn’t be too surprised if something is announced last minute. If it is, we’ll update this page accordingly.
UPDATE: Team Kirby Clash Deluxe was announced, and is available now.
