Here’s your weekly roundup of Nintendo eShop game releases for the Nintendo Switch, Wii U and 3DS.
Welcome to this week’s Nintendo eShop update. At the time of writing there’s a pretty slim lineup confirmed for this week, but we’ll update this page if we receive news of any additional releases. As it stands we have just three titles heading to the Nintendo Switch, and two TurboGrafx releases for Wii U.
Telltale’s Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure is worth investigating if you’re looking for a witty, freewheeling adventure experience. In-depth knowledge of Minecraft isn’t required, but you’ll appreciate plenty of knowing winks and nods if you’ve spent time playing in Mojang’s sand-box.
Also released on Switch is Mixed Bag’s Forma.8, a Metroid-eqsue action adventure set on an alien world. It’s joined by Piczle Lines DX, an enjoyable picture puzzle game that was previously released on mobile.
It’s also worth mentioning that before our next Nintendo eShop update, Ubisoft’s Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will be released. Hopes are high for a game that was among our E3 2017 highlights.
UPDATE 1: Nintendo UK has tweeted that a free demo of Pokken Tournament DX is also on its way.
