New PlayStation 4 releases for July 30, 2019

Madden NFL 20 and Forager are among next week’s lineup of new PlayStation Store releases for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

Spooky co-op stealth adventure, The Blackout Club, is our pick of the week’s new PS4 releases. The game follows a group of teenage friends in small-town America who must stop a creepy monster across a series of procedurally-generated missions. The game features drop-in/drop-out multiplayer for 1-4 players, and missions that adapt according to player level and progress. The Blackout Club has been a huge hit on Steam Early Access and comes to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this Tuesday.

Another hit PC game heading to PS4 is Hogfrog’s Forager. It’s a super charming open-world exploration and crafting adventure inspired by the likes of Harvest Moon and The Legend of Zelda.

Sports fans are also well catered for with EA Sports’ Madden NFL 20 and football management sim, New Star Manager. Other new releases include The Church in the Darkness and The Tower of Beatrice. Here’s the full lineup.
