One of the best games ever made, and Sonic Forces, come to PlayStation Plus in March 2020.
The strong run of free PlayStation Plus games continues in March with the PS4 remake of Team Ico’s 2005 masterpiece, Shadow of the Colossus. The game has been rebuilt from the ground up by Bluepoint Studios and features refined controls and all-new art assets. Purists might scoff, but we think it’s a respectful update and it has us excited for Bluepoint’s rumoured PS5 reworking of Demon Souls.
March’s other freebie is not so thrilling. Sonic Forces is developed by Sonic Team and but it’s in the shadow of 2017’s other Sonic the Hedgehog game, the marvellous Sonic Mania. On a positive note, the game does have an impressive character creation system, but it’s also repetitive, and some levels are simply infuriating.
Next month’s free PS Plus games are available to download from March 3-30, 2020.
