Ace Combat 7 and Onimusha: Warlords are among next week’s PlayStation Store releases for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.
Bandai Namco’s Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown leads the lineup of PlayStation 4 games. The game’s refined aerial combat mechanics and hokey story are as engaging as ever, and the move to Unreal Engine 4 makes this the best looking entry in the series to date.
Smoke and Sacrifice, the open-world, narrative-driven RPG from Solar Sail Games, also comes to PlayStation 4. The game features a subtle but welcome reinvention of the survival genre, and is wrapped up in a beautiful art style.
Finally, another old favourite receives the remaster treatment. Capcom’s 2001 samurai action game, Onimusha: Warlords, gets HD visuals, improved controls, and an all new soundtrack.
Here’s the full lineup.
