The latest update for PUBG Mobile adds War Mode, and an all-new clan system.

PUBG Mobile‘s July update has added plenty of new goodies, with the headline item being the addition of War Mode.

War Mode pits teams against each other on a smaller battlefield, with players continually respawning until one team reaches 100 points. It’s a fast-paced mode with players getting three points for a kill, one point for killing a downed opponent, and a point for saving a teammate.

The latest update also introduces a new clan system that lets players create and customise clan icons, and earn rewards by completing challenges and ranking up. Wonderful stuff.

Content updates include a bunch of new skins, plus new plane, armour and vehicle finishes. The SLR Sniper Rifle from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on PC also makes the cut. And if that excites you, check out the real-life inspiration for PUBG’s armoury.

Smaller tweaks include the display of nationality, clan, and friend information on the title screen, the option to choose geographical regions in War Zone mode, and a new achievement system.

PUBG Mobile is available now on iOS and Android devices.
