Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 remains at No.1 in the UK video games chart for its third week.

Despite a 53% week-on-week decline in sales, Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 has held on to the No.1 spot in the latest GFK Chart Track software chart.

In fact, there’s little change in this week’s top ten. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 just about clings on to second place, also for a third week. FIFA 19 remains at No.3, and Forza Horizon 4 continues to impress, holding steady at No.4.

PlayStation 4 exclusive, Spider-Man, moves up one place to No.5, and perennial Switch performer, Mario Kart Deluxe 8, jumps four places to No.6. Last week’s No.9, Football Manager 2019, drops out of the top ten to No.13.

The highest new entry is Take 2’s Carnival Games, which debuts at No. 20.

It’s also interesting to see Minecraft taking up three spots in the top forty. The Nintendo Switch edition is at No.14, with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions at No.31 and No.37, respectively. Combined, the game might have just squeezed into the top ten.
