Bandai Namco and ESL announce a new UK and Ireland Tekken 7 tournament series beginning next month.
The series will be touring five cities across the UK and Ireland in April and May this year, with the winner being awarded the inaugural UK and Ireland Tekken belt.
The qualifying tournaments will be taking place in Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow, London and Manchester. To enter, use the links below for each city. It’s worth noting that each qualifier has its own organiser and entry conditions.
Tekken 7 tournament series – Qualifier dates
- 15-16 April, 2017 – Glasgow
- 22 April, 2017 – Dublin
- 29 April, 2017 – Manchester
- 6 May, 2017 – Birmingham
- 13 May, 2017– London
The top three players from each qualifier will win a place at the tournament final, which will be held at MCM London Comic Con, which takes place at the Excel Centre in London between 26 – 28 May, 2017
And let’s not forget that there’s a game to promote, too. Bandai Namco recently announced that fan ‘favourite’ Eddy Gordo will be returning, and that Tekken 7 itself will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 2, 2017.
