Microsoft has announced details of three new Xbox One console bundles.

A trio of new Xbox One console bundles launch today in the United States, offering savings of $50 on the standalone retail price.

All good news we suppose, but it’s tempered a little by the fact that the pack-in games include a free-to-play title, a game players don’t like very much, and another they seem to like even less.

First up is the Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle. Inside this crate of video game goodness you’ll find a shiny new Xbox One S 1TB console, a wireless controller, a full game download of Epic’s Fortnite, plus the Eon cosmetic set download, and 2,000 V-bucks.

Next up is the Xbox One S Battlefield Bundle. In addition to a 1TB console and controller, the bundle includes a Battlefield V Deluxe Edition download code, plus paratrooper apparel that is guaranteed to make your friends green with envy. The pack also includes the chance to dip in the franchise’s history with a free one month subscription to EA Access.

And if you’re looking for a little more power, check out the Xbox One X Fallout 76 Bundle which includes the upgraded, 4K version of Microsoft’s console with a 1TB hard drive, and a copy of Bethesda’s troubled online RPG.

In addition to the $50 savings on these new bundles, new subscribers can also pick up one month’s access to Xbox Game Pass – Microsoft’s impressive all-you-can-play gaming library – for a single dollar.

The new Xbox One bundles are available from the usual retailers, online stores, or via the Microsoft online store.
