Xbox Games With Gold - June, 2017.

Microsoft has announced the Xbox Live Games With Gold titles for June 2017, and it’s another solid lineup.

From June 1, Xbox One owners will be able to download multiplayer running game, Speed Runners.

Also available on the 1st – for Xbox 360, and Xbox One via Back Compat – is Assassin’s Creed III, an under-appreciated title that deserves reappraisal. If you haven’t played it before, it’s certainly worth a look in advance of this fall’s expected release of Assassin’s Creed Origins.

On June 16, another open-world game from Ubisoft comes to Xbox One in the shape of Watch Dogs. We’re not sure that time will have been so kind to this one. The game never quite delivered on its promise, and has a grim, antagonistic tone that many – us included – found off-putting. That said, if you came on board with the much improved sequel, a trip back to the start of the series could be a worthwhile endeavour.

Also on June 16, Xbox Live Gold subscribers can download BioWare’s classic RPG, Dragon Age: Origins, and the multiplayer DLC for the recently released Phantom Dust remaster.
