New Xbox One releases

Here’s the full lineup of new video games coming to the Xbox One between January 7-11, 2019.

Absolver, the martial-arts action game from Sloclap, is the highlight in a quiet week for new game releases on the Xbox One. The ambitious open world game first came to PlayStation 4 and PC back in 2017, where its combat system, distinctive visuals, and amazing score from Austin Wintory, found a cult audience.

Also released this week is Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition, an upscaled remaster of Bandai Namco’s 2008 JRPG. The new edition also features all of the extra content from the Japan-exclusive PlayStation 3 version.

All of next week’s games can be found on the Xbox digital games store, or on the Microsoft online store. Here’s the full release list.
