Hyperkin’s officially-licensed Xbox One Duke controller is now available in ‘clover green’.
The chunky ‘Hyperkin Duke for Xbox One’ is now available in a vibrant, translucent green variant. The design echoes the limited edition green Xbox console that was released in Europe to celebrate the first anniversary of the Xbox way back in 2003.
Depending on your point of view, the effect is either vomit inducing, or pleasingly nostalgic. We just about err on the nostalgic side.
As with the black Hyperkin Duke that was released in April, the iconic Xbox button is a small digital display that will magically play an animation of the original console’s startup screen when pressed.
The controller includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack, option and view buttons, and bumper buttons that mirror the original’s Black and White buttons. It also comes with a rather generous 9 foot long detachable USB cable for charging.
Priced at £69.99 in the UK, the Duke controller is compatible with both the Xbox One, and Windows 10 PCs. It’s available to purchase right now from Hyperkin, Funstock, Amazon, and other online retailers.
