Two excellent indie games headline this week’s lineup of new Xbox One releases.
First up is Gris from Nomada Studios. We loved the game when it came to Nintendo Switch in 2018 and expect the Xbox One version will be as just impressive. Xbox One X owners are certainly in for an extra treat with the game’s sumptuous 4K visuals.
We are just as effusive about Iconoclasts, the smart action platformer from Joakim Sandberg. Compared to Gris, it’s a more traditional video game experience, but it’s brimful of cool puzzles and set in a delightful, intricate world to explore.
Other new releases include Moons of Madness, Foxyland 2, and The Office Quest. Sports fans can look forward to getting muddy knees with Football, Tactics, and Glory and Rugby 20.
Each new release can be picked up from the Xbox One digital games store and Microsoft online store. Here’s the current lineup of confirmed new games. We’ll update this list throughout the week if we get news of any additional games.
