Here’s the eighth game to be included in the PlayStation 12 Deals of Christmas sale, but is it the deal you’re looking for?
The PlayStation 12 Deals of Christmas sale has been updated with its eighth festive price cut, a 50% discount on everyone’s favourite galactic loot-box adventure, Star Wars Battlefront II.
It’s fair to say that Star Wars Battlefront II hasn’t been quite the home-run many expected. The game’s micro-transaction controversy is well-documented, and, depending on your point of view, the much-anticipated single player campaign either ticks all the necessary boxes, or is pandering Star Wars fan-fiction.
That said, with Star Wars: The Last Jedi DLC now added to the game, and the Star Wars hype machine in full swing, it might just be our destiny to give it a go.
PlayStation’s 12 Deals of Christmas campaign sees the price of a new game reduced every two days until December 24, 2017. So far we’ve seen price cuts applied to titles including South Park: The Fractured But Whole, Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Assassin’s Creed Origins, and NBA2K17 to name a few. Each reduction only lasts for 48 hours, so if you’re interested, don’t hang about.
