Humble Store - Sega Sale

Save on games published by the house of the hedgehog in the Humble Store Sega Week Sale.

Unfortunately, the new Humble sale doesn’t feature too many games featuring Sonic the Hedgehog (or should that be fortunately?) but it does include a fine lineup of Sega-published titles.

With Shenmue III on the distant horizon, now is a good time to revisit the first two games in Yu Suzuki’s genre-defining franchise. The remastered double-pack of Shenmue I & II is available with a 35% discount.

The original Valkyria Chronicles and its recent sequel are also on offer, and both come highly recommended. As is Creative Assembly’s spooky sci-fi chiller, Alien: Isolation.

For those with an interest in retro games, the Sega Mega Drive and Genesis Classics collection includes over 50 classic 16-bit games.

Sega fans who have a Nintendo Switch should also check out this week’s Nintendo eShop Sega promotion.

The Humble Sega sale ends on March 4, 2019. Head over to the Humble Store for the full lineup of sale titles. Here are some of our recommendations.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
