Nintendo has updated the My Nintendo rewards programme with a new selection of downloads and game discounts.

The update – which is available to My Nintendo members in Europe – includes two new wallpapers, and four new game discounts.

This month’s Platinum point rewards are two Splatoon 2-themed wallpapers for use on smart devices and computers. The first features Splatoon‘s Inkling girl and boy characters, and the second shows those cheeky Inklings in squid form.

If you’re a My Nintendo member in the US, this month’s Zelda-themed rewards include discounts on The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
