In case you missed it, here’s our roundup of this week’s new video game releases for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS Vita.
Wolfenstein: Youngblood is this week’s big new game, coming to PC and all three major console platforms. This time round, players take control of siblings Jess and Soph as they tear through the Nazi ranks on the trail of their father, BJ Blazckowicz. Although the game is designed as a co-op experience, it is playable solo. The Deluxe Edition also includes a Buddy Pass, allowing a friend to access the game without owning it. Virtual reality shooter, Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot, also comes to PS and PSVR.
This week’s big Nintendo Switch release is Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Intelligent Systems have shaken-up the franchise’s combat system, and fleshed out the game’s story elements with a narrative that will appeal to fans of Persona series. Tactical RPG fans should also check out Wargroove from Chucklefish. The smartly designed Advance Wars homage made a huge splash on Switch earlier this year, and comes to PlayStation 4 this week.
Another highlight is WayForward’s Mighty Switch Force! Collection, which comes to all platforms. Check below for each console’s full release lineup.
