WarioWare: Get It Together! and Sonic Colors: Ultimate headline this week’s list of Nintendo Switch eShop releases.
WarioWare: Get It Together! was one of the unexpected highlights of this year’s Nintendo E3 showcase. It’s been a long time since the last all-new Wario game – the disappointing Game & Wario on Wii U – and based on the free eShop demo, this multiplayer-focused game looks like a welcome return to form.
We were also keen to play Sonic Colors: Ultimate, the new HD remaster of the fan-favourite 2010 Wii adventure. Unfortunately, a host of graphical glitches reported by players with early access suggest it might be better to wait a while. We expect a patch is in the works.
Elsewhere, Zoink, the developer behind Fe and Flipping Death, is back with Lost in Random, a new dark fairy tale adventure inspired by classic stop-motion animation movies.
Other new Nintendo Switch releases include NBA 2K22, BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites, and another returning favourite, Toy Soldiers HD.
If you were expecting to see Life is Strange: True Colors release on Switch this week, we’re afraid you have to wait a little longer. It’s now due later this year.
