Dark Light

Zombie Army 4: Dead War and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics are among this week’s new PlayStation 4, PS VR and PS Vita releases.

Hitler’s hordes are back! So proclaims the marketing spiel for Rebellion’s spooky new shooter, Zombie Army 4: Dead War. Set in 1940’s Europe, up to four players can band together to defeat the advancing hordes of undead. Fans of guns and gore will be thrilled to see their efforts displayed in fine detail via the returning X-ray Kill Camera. If you’re playing on PC, here are the system specs you need.

If you prefer to defeat the forces of evil at a more sedate pace, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics could be for you. BonusXP’s turn-based strategy game is based on the recent Netflix series and looks a cut above most licensed games.

Other new PlayStation 4 releases include the official Monster Energy Supercross game and low-fi platformer, Zero Zero Zero Zero. Or is it 0000? We don’t know. It’s like the letter V six times all over again.

One final game to check out is the PS VR port of Visual Light’s Throw Anything. As the name suggests, players trapped on high-rise buildings must throw everything they can find to ward off yet more zombies hordes.

Here’s the complete lineup of this week’s new PlayStation Store releases.
