Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, The Outer Worlds and MediEvil headline this week’s lineup of new PlayStation Store releases for the PS4.
The fall gaming season shifts up a gear as two of the year’s most eagerly anticipated games arrive on PlayStation 4.
First up is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This series reboot from Infinity Ward promises food for thought as well a cure for itchy trigger fingers.
We’re more excited about The Outer Worlds, the new sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment. As the game’s trailer shows, it looks absolutely beautiful. If the story and mission design are up to the same standard, this could be a very special game indeed.
Other Ocean’s remake of hack-and-slash classic MediEvil also lands at the end of the week. If you played the recent demo, you’ll know what to expect. It looks like one for fans of the series. Other new PS4 releases include the troubled WWE 2K20 and cute action RPG, Cat Quest II. Atmospheric painting adventure Eastshade is also worth consideration.
