Dark Light

There are just a few days left to pick up a bargain in the GOG Summer Gaming Sale.

The past week has seen everyone’s attention focused on the new games announced at E3 2018, but now that merry jamboree has come to a close we have a few slow months ahead.

The summer slump is always a good time to stock up on some titles you might have missed, and if you’re looking for something to play on PC, the GOG Summer Gaming Sale is an excellent place to start.

The list of discounted games is headed up by XCOM: Enemy Unknown, which gets a generous 80% discount, and will probably last the summer on its own.

Other price cuts include 60% off The Witcher III – Game of the Year Edition, a 50% drop for Bethesda’s open world RPG, Fallout 4, and 66% off both Metro 2033 Redux and Metro Last Light Redux.

Our personal sale favourites are Firewatch, Pyre, and What Remains of Edith Finch.

If you spend over $5 – which is not ever so hard – you’ll get a free copy of Sunless Sea from Failbetter Games. If you spend over $20, you’ll also get a copy of the marvellous Rime.

The GOG Summer Gaming Sale ends on June 18, 2018. Head over to gog.com for the full lineup.

If you prefer to play videogames on console, there are PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox sales also running this week. Happy gaming!
