The latest Xbox Game Pass games transport players to the Canadian wilderness, an alien planet, and the surface of the moon.

Microsoft has announced another clutch of video games coming to its all-you-can-play subscription service, with the first dropping later today.

The Long Dark is a first-person survival game par excellence. Set in the freezing Canadian wilderness, players must combat hunger, hostile wildlife, and some serious wind chill in an experience Tom described as “tough but addictive.”

Another game Tom enjoyed is Doinksoft’s meowtroidvania, Gato Roboto. It features a cat in a mech suit and a perilous alien underworld to explore. What more could you want?

Well, more science-fiction thrills are on offer in KeokeN Interactive’s Deliver Us The Moon. It’s a thought-provoking first and third-person adventure with a real-world message.

Other new Xbox Game Pass titles include minimalist action game, HyperDot, and multiplayer platformer sandbox, Levelhead. And don’t forget, Gears Tactics is coming to Game Pass for PC on April 28.
