Owlboy and Bayonetta lead this week’s lineup of eShop releases for the Nintendo Switch, 3DS and Wii U.
It’s another busy week on the Nintendo eShop with a healthy mix of new games and returning classics.
The reissues of PlatinumGames’ Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 are this week’s big releases. The two Wii U ports gain a rocksteady 60fps frame-rate in their move to the Switch, although they remain at 720p resolution. And if you buy one game you will receive an eShop discount for the other.
This week’s indie picks are D-Pad Studio’s magical platform adventure, Owlboy, and Zoink’s Fe, the first game to be released under the EA Originals banner.
Other releases include Wanderjahr, Aqua Kitty UDX, and a welcome port for Renegade Kid’s enjoyable metroidvania, Xeodrifter.
