Here’s the full lineup of next week’s PlayStation Store releases for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

There are eight new games coming to the PlayStation Store next week, all for the PlayStation 4.

Pick of the week is probably Super Mega Baseball 2 from Metalhead Software. The game builds on its predecessor a graphical upgrade, gameplay improvements, and a wealth of online multiplayer options. If you own an Xbox One it’s also included for free as part of May’s Games with Gold lineup.

Also released next week is Muse Games’ steam punk airship combat game, Guns of Icarus Alliance, and City of Brass, an Arabian Nights-inspired action adventure from Uppercut Games.

If you really want to spend some money on the PlayStation Store this week, your best bet might be to check out the US store’s Golden Week sale, and the European store’s Big in Japan promotion. Both sales are offering decent reductions on a range of Japanese – or Japan-inspired – video games.

Here is the full PlayStation Store release lineup for the next week:

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
