The Witcher 3 Daemon X Machina

Geralt and Ciri from The Witcher 3 are now in… Daemon X Machina?

Over the past few years, Geralt of Rivia has taken his very particular set of skills far and wide. He slashed his double blades through Soul Calibur 6. He hunted monsters in Monster Hunter World. Superman is playing him in a Netflix show.

But, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s arrival on Switch has opened up a whole new world of possibilities. Geralt in Smash? Not yet. Geralt and Ciri in Switch-exclusive anime mech game Daemon X Machina? Sure, why not!

“Free Witcher-themed DLC for DAEMON X MACHINA is now available for Nintendo Switch!” reads a tweet from the official Witcher Twitter account.

“The set can be downloaded for free from the Nintendo Switch eShop and contains outfits, body types, hairstyles and more allowing you to customise your mech pilot to look like Ciri and Geralt!”

The Japanese trailer, which shows cel-shaded Geralt and Ciri running, shooting lasers and slashing through mechs, is something to behold.
